Scholarships are available based on merit and need. (Excluding Private Classes) 

A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 is required for new students.  These fees cover all costumes and maintenance of them for all performances. 

Late Payments will be charged a $15.00 late fee. All returned checks will receive a $35.00 NSF.

Refunds

You are responsible for the full tuition for the entire school you register your child unless withdrawn within the first three weeks of her/his enrollment. Withdrawals must be made through email or in writing before classes start or during the three-week withdrawal period. Before and during the first three weeks from the beginning of enrollment, all amounts paid for tuition are refundable minus the non-refundable registration fee, late fees, and any returned check fees. 

After the first three weeks of your child’s classes, you are responsible for the entire tuition balance whether or not your child continues to attend WSYB during any remaining portion of her/his enrollment. All amounts paid or required to be paid for tuition and fees are then considered non-refundable and non-cancelable. Classes are not refundable due to illness or injury. If a student is injured, they will be asked to observe class and take notes. If there are extenuating circumstances (abrupt moving.,.), a refund will be issued at the director's discretion.
